Introduction.

A B2B supplier company in Hong Kong specialized in the supply of premium seafood to various high-end dining venues, including restaurants, hotels, casinos, and private customers.    

The company recently implemented Odoo ERP to improve catalog management, inventory process, and tracking stocks in real-time. However, this implementation results in new challenges such as inconsistent stock levels, complex stock transfer processes, lack of barcode and relabeling management, issues with managing complex inventory scenarios, partial integration for B2C activities, and insufficient training and support for Odoo ERP.
