Role Overview

As the Technical Platform Manager, you will have the Key role of ensuring the operational excellence, reliability, and scalability of our platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead efforts to maintain platform uptime, resolve incidents, and plan upgrades, all while collaborating closely with the Product Owner and supported by two skilled developers.

Your technical expertise, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will help maintain high service levels and guarantee Service Management while providing relevent and accurante reports to your managers and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations & Maintenance
   • Ensure the platform is fully operational and meeting uptime and performance SLAs.
   • Monitor and manage platform services to maintain a seamless user experience.
2. Incident Management
   • Oversee and troubleshoot platform incidents, driving quick and efficient resolutions.
   • Delegate and coordinate tasks with developers to address technical issues effectively.
3. Security Management
   • Ensure the platform’s security by implementing industry best practices and conducting regular audits.
   • Proactively identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
4. Upgrades & Improvements
   • Plan, schedule, and manage platform upgrades in collaboration with the Product Owner.
   • Test and implement new features, ensuring minimal disruption during deployments.
5. Database Administration
   • Utilize advanced expertise in MS SQL Server to optimize database performance, scalability, and reliability.
   • Manage backups, recovery plans, and routine database maintenance.
6. Architecture Management
   • Support and maintain the AWS and Kubernetes-based microservices architecture.
   • Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and service orchestration.
7. Client Engagement
   • Communicate confidently with clients, addressing their technical concerns with ease and professionalism.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a track record of managing high-availability platforms.
• Database Expertise: Advanced skills in MS SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, and database scaling.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud management.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes-based microservices architecture.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Confidence and ease in client-facing situations, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or SQL Server.
• Experience in SaaS or payment platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices

• Automating the release, deployment and management of applications (customers or internal one) from development through production.
• Create and maintain AEM applications, including customized components, templates, and workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences that are optimal for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements
• Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript
• Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods
• Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices
• Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices
• Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
  Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferable.
• Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including
  custom component development and integration with AEM platform
• Strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and their integration with AEM
• Experience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch
  UI development
• Knowledge of AEM administration, including user permissions, configurations, and system maintenance
• Understanding of software development methodologies,
  version control systems, and CI/CD processes

• Facilitate, communicate, collaborate, negotiate between customer and technical teams to bring features to closure
• To act as a first point of escalation and resolution for all problems, obstacles and opportunities on a project
• Support the multi-disciplined project teams and encourage strong team working both within and beyond the team
• Develop and manage project documentation, including participate in the daily, sprint and retrospective sessions
• Developer/Manager of a portfolio of projects with multiple clients
• Work closely with Customers to gather requirements, manage project deliverable and exceed customer expectations
• Proactively communicate and manage project details to internal and vendors
• Provide regular status updates, manage project schedule, maintain and drive closure of
• Action registers, track content forecast and delivery
• Work closely with internal product owners to ensure customer require product requirements are documented and delivered on schedule

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer
  Engineering, Software or a related field. A Master’s
  degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of project or program management
  experience in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
• Expert knowledge and experience with MS Project
  including critical path scheduling, resource loading and
  leveling, time reporting, earned value analysis
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Product
  Owner or Project
• Ability to set expectations, develop project plans,
  manage personal workload and proven, successful history of enterprise level implementations and integrations
• Experience in an organization that adopts Agile

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads, SEO, and SEM campaigns to optimize performance.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms including LinkedIn, website, and email marketing.
• Lead content strategy development in collaboration with freelancers and internal stakeholders.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze and report on website traffic, social media performance, and marketing campaigns.
• Track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Prepare regular reports to present to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.

Freelancer Management:

• Oversee freelance copywriters
• Ensure the timely delivery of content, design assets, and other outsourced work.

Collaboration & Planning:

• Work closely with the Social Media Lead to create and execute targeted social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sales Lead to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Organize and prioritize marketing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years experiences
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft D365 CRM
• Experience in generating leads and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work with analytics and translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• English fluency (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.

• Evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services
• Administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive for Business and others)
• Support the Expertware offerings and service delivery teams with information and feedback on the customer environments you handle
• Work directly with customers to build a trusted partner status with the client stakeholders

• Ability to work in a complex organizational environment

• A degree in computer/technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience
• English language must be fluent, or at least above medium, for reading, writing and conversational use
• Appropriate certifications in Microsoft 365 technologies strongly preferred. If not present yet, they will be required in the first 6 months (resources and paid examinations will be offered)
• A good understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts including Office 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, OneDrive for business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, hybrid scenarios, Office ProPlus and Delve
• Experience on configuring, deploying, and managing Office 365 workloads that focus on efficient and effective collaboration, such as SharePoint (online, on-premises, and hybrid), OneDrive, and Teams is a plus
• Knowledge on deploying, configuring, managing, and monitoring recipients, compliance, threat protection, and mail flow in hybrid and cloud enterprise environments
• A working knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT fundamentals such as DNS and Active Directory
• A good knowledge in PowerShell shell scripting

• Willing to take in charge cross-platform development mission such as Flutter or React Native Create new and modify existing APIs to enable and support robust mobile features.
• Participates in pair programming, code reviews, and design meetings to share development expertise and design knowledge across the team.
• Describes solutions through documentation, architectural diagrams, and clean code with comments where necessary.
• Work with the engineering team to enhance and extend our APIs.
• Works collaboratively with QA to implement strategies that drive defect prevention over detection.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers & QA engineers to build out functionality in an iterative manner.
