We built Redex to be the antidote at that. With experience across enterprises and Global 500 programs, we know what actually ships and what’s just noise. How We Work

Strategy Meets execution.

Every workshop ends with a delivery plan. Every strategy comes with the team to build it.

Life at Redex

What it's actually like

No ping-pong tables. No unlimited PTO that nobody takes. A typical week involves client workshops, solution design sessions, proposal writing, and delivery check-ins.

9:00 AM: Morning Standup

15 minutes. What we did, what we're doing, what's blocking us.

9:30 AM: Deep work block

Engineers code, consultants write, designers prototype. Headphones on, Slack off.

12:00 PM: Lunch

Our team usually eats together (Vietnamese food, office kitchen, cafe downstairs). It's where ideas begin.

13:30 PM: Client Sessions

Workshops, demos, architecture reviews. We work directly with client teams, no layers of account managers in between.

15:00 PM: Build & Iterate

Code reviews, pair programming, design critiques. We ship to staging daily. Production weekly.

17:30 PM: Wrap up

We respect working hours. No 10pm Slack messages. If it's not urgent, it waits until tomorrow.
