We build a dedicated team aligned exclusively to your business, with defined processes, quality standards, a scalable delivery capability with a clear operating model and optional ownership transfer.
How quickly can a Global Delivery Center become operational?
Most Global Delivery Centers become operational within 4-6 months, depending on team size and skill requirements. We manage recruitment, onboarding, tooling, and governance in parallel to ensure fast and predictable ramp-up.
Do we need to take ownership of the team at the end of the engagement?
