01. The Program
Future Architects Program
The Future Architects Program is Redex’s flagship internship for final-year students who want to understand how technology consulting actually works from the boardroom to the codebase.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll rotate through our 3 core teams: Consulting, Engineering, and Data. Each rotation lasts 4 weeks. You will shadow and contribute. By week 3, you’ll be in client meetings. By week 8, you’ll be presenting findings. By week 12, you’ll have a portfolio of real enterprise work. Our interns don’t ship code to production but they will sit in strategy sessions. They build things that clients actually use. Top performers receive full-time offers upon graduation.
