01. The Role
Senior AI Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who wants to build AI systems that actually work in production — not just prototypes that impress in demos. You’ll work directly with our CTO and clients to design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI platforms for enterprise customers across manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and financial services.
This isn’t a research role. This is engineering. You’ll ship code that runs in production, handles real data, and makes real people’s work better. If you’re tired of AI projects that never leave the lab, this is the role.
02. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
We trust you to manage your schedule around deliverables.
Build Agentic AI Systems
Design and implement multi-agent architectures using our Agentic OS platform. You’ll work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to build systems that coordinate multiple AI agents for complex enterprise workflows.
Ship to Production
We don’t do POCs that sit on shelves. You’ll deploy AI systems into live enterprise environments — manufacturing floors, construction sites, hospital systems. That means reliability, monitoring, error handling, and graceful degradation matter as much as model accuracy.
Work Directly with Clients
You’ll sit in workshops with CTOs and operations managers, understand their actual problems, and translate those into technical architectures. No telephone game through layers of project managers.
Own the Full Stack
From data pipelines and model fine-tuning to API design and frontend integration. We’re a small team — everyone contributes across the stack. You’ll have more ownership here in a month than you’d get in a year at a large company.
Improve Our Platform
Contribute to the Agentic OS core — our internal platform for orchestrating AI agents. Your work will be reused across multiple client engagements, not thrown away after one project.
Mentor & Be Mentored
Share what you know with junior engineers. Learn from colleagues who’ve been building enterprise systems for 15–20 years. We believe the best engineers are both teachers and students.
03. Requirements
What we're looking for
If you check most of these, we want to talk. If you check all of them, we really want to talk.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems
- Strong Python skills — you write clean, tested, production-grade code
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) beyond just calling APIs
- Experience building RAG pipelines — embeddings, vector stores, retrieval strategies, evaluation
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, K8s)
- You’ve deployed ML/AI systems to production and dealt with the messy reality of real-world data
- Strong communication skills — you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Nice-To-Haves
Not required. But these would make you stand out.
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
- Background in enterprise systems — ERP, CRM, data warehouses, or similar
- Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with computer vision or IoT data processing
