01. The Role
Marketing Manager
We were looking for a Marketing Manager who could build Redex’s brand from the ground up: someone who runs ads, who understands how B2B technology consulting firms earn attention and trust in competitive markets.
This role was about owning the full marketing function: positioning, content strategy, demand generation, and brand identity. You would have worked directly with our leadership team to translate AI and digital transformation capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
We needed someone who could think strategically about market positioning while also rolling up their sleeves to write a LinkedIn post, design a case study, or set up an email nurture sequence. In our firm, the Marketing Manager does everything, and that’s the appeal.
02. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
We trust you to manage your schedule around deliverables.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve Redex’s brand identity across all touchpoints. Develop positioning frameworks that differentiate us from both Big 4 consultancies and boutique IT firms. Own the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging architecture.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create a content engine that establishes Redex as a credible voice in AI transformation. Write or commission case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and LinkedIn content. Turn our project experience into compelling narratives.
Demand Generation
Build and optimize lead generation funnels — from awareness to qualified pipeline. Manage SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and webinar programs. Track CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution with precision.
Digital Presence & Website
Own the company website, ensuring it reflects our positioning and converts visitors into leads. Manage SEO strategy, landing pages, and analytics. Coordinate with design and engineering for site improvements.
Event & Partnership Marketing
Plan and execute Redex’s presence at industry events, conferences, and partner programs. Develop co-marketing initiatives with technology partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud). Organize thought leadership webinars and roundtables.
Analytics & Reporting
Build marketing dashboards that tie activities to business outcomes. Report on pipeline contribution, brand awareness metrics, content performance, and ROI. Use data to make decisions, not just to fill slides.
03. Requirements
What we're looking for
If you check most of these, we want to talk. If you check all of them, we really want to talk.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology consulting, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven track record of building brand presence and generating qualified leads in enterprise markets
- Strong writing skills — you can produce clear, compelling content without relying on agencies for every piece
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement
- Understanding of the enterprise technology landscape — you know what AI, cloud, and digital transformation mean to a CTO
- Portfolio of B2B marketing work — case studies, campaigns, content pieces, or brand projects you’ve led
Nice-To-Haves
Not required. But these would make you stand out.
- Experience marketing for a consulting firm or professional services organization
- Background in the EU and the Southeast Asian market, understanding of regional business culture and media landscape
- Design skills, ability to create basic visual assets using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for enterprise clients
- Knowledge of marketing in the AI/ML space. You understand the hype cycle and how to cut through it
- Experience building a marketing function from scratch at a startup or early-stage company
