01. The Role
Business Development
We’re looking for a Business Development professional who can open doors and build the relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. You’ll be the first person prospects meet from Redex and the impression you make will define how they see us.
This isn’t a cold-calling role. We’re a consulting firm, not a SaaS company. You’ll need to understand enterprise technology, AI transformation, and the real problems that CTOs and CIOs face. Your job is to find the companies that need what we do, build genuine relationships with decision-makers, and create opportunities for our consulting team to demonstrate value.
We need someone who’s comfortable in a boardroom, can hold a conversation about digital transformation without reading from a script, and genuinely enjoys the process of building trust with new people. If you’ve sold consulting services before and you’re tired of firms that over-promise and under-deliver, come help us build something honest.
02. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
We trust you to manage your schedule around deliverables.
Pipeline Development
Identify and qualify enterprise prospects across our target sectors — technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and construction. Build a pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Relationship Building
Develop genuine relationships with C-suite executives, VPs of Technology, and transformation leaders. Become a trusted contact, not just another salesperson. Attend industry events, host roundtables, and create reasons for people to engage with Redex.
Solution Positioning
Work closely with our consulting team to understand our capabilities and match them to client needs. You don’t need to architect solutions, but you need to articulate what we do and why it matters in language that resonates with business leaders.
Proposal Coordination
Coordinate the proposal process from initial interest to signed engagement. Work with consultants to scope projects, develop commercial terms, and present proposals. You own the deal until it closes.
Market Intelligence
Keep a pulse on the market — who’s investing in AI, which companies are going through transformation, where the budget is moving. Share insights with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Partnership Development
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and complementary consulting firms. Build an ecosystem that creates mutual referral opportunities and extends our reach.
03. Requirements
What we're looking for

- 3+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnership management, preferably in technology consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of building relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscape, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation. You don’t need to code, but you need to speak the language
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3–6 months typical)
- Excellent communication skills. You can write a compelling email, lead a discovery call, and present to a room of executives with equal confidence
- Self-starter mentality. We’re a growing firm, not a large corporation. You’ll need to build processes, not just follow them
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Nice-To-Haves
Not required. But these would make you stand out.
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions or digital transformation engagements
- Existing network of enterprise contacts in Southeast Asia, Australia, or Europe
- Background in management consulting. You understand how consulting firms operate and deliver
- Experience with CRM tools (D365, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
- Fluency in English. We work with both local and international clients
- MBA or business degree from a recognized institution
- Previous experience at a Big 4, top-tier consulting firm, or enterprise technology company
