01. The Role
AI Solution Consultant
We’re looking for an AI Solution Consultant who can bridge the gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually need. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and technology, understanding client problems, designing AI solutions, and guiding delivery teams to build them right.
This role is equal parts consulting and engineering. You’ll sit in boardrooms presenting to C-suite executives one day, and the next day you’ll be whiteboarding system architectures with our engineering team. If you’re someone who can speak both business and technology fluently, and you’re tired of roles that only let you do one, this is it.
We don’t need someone who can recite AI buzzwords. We need someone who can listen to a manufacturing VP describe their quality control problems and translate that into a concrete, implementable AI solution with clear ROI.
02. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
We trust you to manage your schedule around deliverables.
Client Discovery & Problem Framing
Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges. Translate ambiguous problems into structured AI opportunities with clear success metrics and ROI projections.
Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end AI solutions from data strategy and model selection to integration architecture and deployment approach. You’ll create the blueprint that engineering teams build from.
Proposal & Pitch Development
Build compelling proposals and presentations for C-suite audiences. Articulate technical solutions in business language. Lead pitch sessions and defend technical approaches with confidence.
Delivery Oversight
Stay involved through delivery. Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions match what was promised. Manage client expectations, flag risks early, and course-correct when needed.
Thought Leadership
Contribute to Redex’s knowledge base: write case studies, develop frameworks, create reusable solution templates. Help us build institutional knowledge that makes the next project faster.
Client Relationship Management
Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders. Become a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. Identify expansion opportunities and help grow accounts organically through delivered value.
03. Requirements
What we're looking for
If you check most of these, we want to talk. If you check all of them, we really want to talk.
- 5+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or a similar client-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts — you don’t need to train models, but you need to know what’s possible and what’s practical
- Experience designing enterprise solutions that involve data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and present to senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a 20-page proposal and a 2-sentence executive summary with equal clarity
- Experience with project scoping, effort estimation, and commercial proposal development
- You’ve worked on at least 3 projects that went from proposal to production — you understand the full lifecycle
Nice-To-Haves
Not required. But these would make you stand out.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent AI systems
- Background in one of our focus industries: manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or construction
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies in consulting contexts
- MBA or advanced degree in a technical field
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (we work with both local and international clients)
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or top-tier management consulting firm
