Senior Technical Project Manager
02. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
We trust you to manage your schedule around deliverables.
- Facilitate, communicate, collaborate, negotiate between customer and technical teams to bring features to closure
- To act as a first point of escalation and resolution for all problems, obstacles and opportunities on a project
- Support the multi-disciplined project teams and encourage strong team working both within and beyond the team
- Develop and manage project documentation, including participate in the daily, sprint and retrospective sessions
- Developer/Manager of a portfolio of projects with multiple clients
- Work closely with Customers to gather requirements, manage project deliverable and exceed customer expectations
- Proactively communicate and manage project details to internal and vendors
- Provide regular status updates, manage project schedule, maintain and drive closure of
- Action registers, track content forecast and delivery
- Work closely with internal product owners to ensure customer require product requirements are documented and delivered on schedule
- Manage KPI and project profitability.
03. Requirements
What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
- Expert knowledge and experience with MS Project including critical path scheduling, resource loading and leveling, time reporting, earned value analysis
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Product Owner or Project
- Ability to set expectations, develop project plans, manage personal workload and proven, successful history of enterprise level implementations and integrations
- Experience in an organization that adopts Agile
Nice-To-Haves
Not required. But these would make you stand out.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
