AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are RedEx Consulting LLC., doing business as RedEx (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Vietnam at L17-11, Floor 17, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Our VAT number is 0317823690.

We operate the website https://redexconsulting.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Service”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RedEx Consulting Ltd., concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

We may update these Legal Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the revised terms. Minors must have a parent or guardian's consent.

1. OUR SERVICES
Use of the Services outside applicable jurisdictions is at your own risk. Services are not tailored to industry-specific compliance standards (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA).

We own all content and trademarks on the Services. You may use the Services for personal or internal business use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You confirm that: you have legal capacity, are not underage without consent, will not access via bots, and will comply with all laws.

4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
We do not process payments via our website. All transactions are managed offline or via agreed third-party platforms.

5. POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include data scraping, impersonation, malware distribution, harassment, and reverse engineering.

7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
By submitting Contributions, you confirm you have rights to share them and grant us license to use them. Contributions must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe rights.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions in any format or media. You retain ownership but waive moral rights.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
We are not responsible for third-party sites or content accessed through our Services. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We may monitor, remove, or restrict content and access to the Services at our discretion.

11. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any.

20. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or Contributions.

21. USER DATA
You are responsible for your data. We are not liable for loss or corruption.

22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You agree to receive communications electronically and accept electronic signatures and records.

23. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and RedEx. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
